Helen J. Nowels is the Managing Partner of the Farris Law Firm and has practiced law in Illinois since 2009. In 2018, she became licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana. Helen brings years of experience as a litigator and trial attorney to every matter she handles.

From 2010 through 2017, Helen served as the adjudicator for the Village of Hazel Crest and developed specialized knowledge of municipal codes, violations, and defenses. She has also successfully defended clients against other municipalities including Tinley Park, Homewood, and East Hazel Crest.

Helen uses her experience and knowledge to advocate zealously and passionately for her clients. She understands that by the time a client reaches her, circumstances are often difficult and outside the client’s control.
